We are proudly Australian owned and operated. All orders are processed and shipped from Fremantle, WA, Australia.
We know you want your purchase as soon as possible. Order before 1pm and your order will be processed, packed, and sent within 2 business days via Express Post. Australia Post's current delivery times, can be found on their website.
Please ensure that the postal address provided at checkout is your correct address, as we take no responsibility if you do not receive your order due to providing an incorrect address.
Once your parcel has left Ruby & Myrtle the goods are the property of our courier. Ruby & Myrtle is not legally responsible for lost, stolen or damaged goods including parcels left at the nominated address if you are not present at time of delivery.
However if your parcel does not reach you within our delivery time guide, we will do all we can to track and find your parcel for you.

Return & Exchange Policy
Ruby & Myrtle offers a complete satisfaction guarantee within 30 days of purchase from our Website or in Store Purchase. You may return for a credit or exchange. You will be responsible for the return cost and postage of the new item.
This does not apply to earrings due to hygiene reasons. We will offer a refund or exchange on earrings if they are faulty or damaged in any way. We will also refund any postage costs paid for any faulty items.
